Board Rental Service

We supply everything.

We will print your boards and slips, provide posts and fixings and hold them in stock at our warehouse. You pay to erect the board, which includes a rental element, and covers changing the board to Sold/Let By and collecting it. We maintain sufficient stock to meet your needs and replace stock as required. Any boards that are no longer up to standard (due to wear and tear) are sent for recycling free of charge.

Agents love this hassle-free option because:

• We take responsibility for your boards and stock levels
• We make the capital investment – a great option if you don’t want the outlay of buying your own boards, slips and posts.

Agent’s Own Stock

With this option, you buy your own boards, slips and posts (which we can supply for you) and we store them in our warehouse. You pay to erect the board which includes changing the board to Sold/Let By and collecting it. We will manage your stock and advise you when more stock is required. Any boards that are no longer up to standard (due to wear and tear) are sent for recycling free of charge.

Movement only

As above, you buy your own boards, slips and posts (which we can supply for you) and we store them in our warehouse. You pay for each board movement including erects, changes, collects etc. We will manage your stock and advise you when more stock is required. Any boards that are no longer up to standard (due to wear and tear) are sent for recycling free of charge.

QR Codes

We offer a unique QR code system through our online Board Ordering system.

We can design and print branded, numbered QR code slips unique to yourselves.  You just add the URL when ordering the board on the system, so that the QR code is live from the moment the board and QR code slip are erected.

• We always use a freshly painted post
• We will always knock the door before erecting a board
• We will always wipe a board clean after each visit and ensure it is straight!

• We will leave a calling card if a board cannot be found to collect
• You can put any specific requirements on the system
• We don’t attach your slips with screws! We use white plastic nuts and bolts.
